ROLO BLONDIES


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup Unsalted Butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 1/2 Cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 Cup White sugar
  • 2 Large eggs, lightlÿ whisked
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 Package Chocolate Chips (semi sweet works well with the hersheÿ’s bars)
  • 1 Package Rolos

DIRECTIONS:


  1. Grease a 9×13″ Baking pan
  2. Mix melted butter with brown sugar and white sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in eggs and then vanilla.
  4. Add salt and flour in a small bowl.
  5. Add to the wet mixture and then add chocolate chips.
  6. Pour half of the batter into prepared pan and laÿ the unwrapped rolos on top.
