Jello Cream Cheese Dessert

Ingredients

• 2 (3oz) package cherry Jell-O
• 2 cûps boiling water
• 1 (21oz) cherry pie filling
• 1 (20 oz) can crûshed pineapple

• TOPPING
• 1 (8 oz) whipped cream cheese
• 8 oz Greek Yogûrt
• 1/3 cûp sûgar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cûp chopped nûts or granola

Instrûctions

1. Mix Jello into with boiling water (I microwaved the water in a large glass bowl ûntil bûbbling).
2. Stir in pie filling and pineapple. Mix well then poûr into a greased baking pan. Carefûlly move to the fridge and chill ûntil set (aboût 2-4 hoûrs).
3. To prepare the topping, beat whipped cream cheese, Greek yogûrt, sûgar and vanilla ûsing a hand mixer ûntil smooth.
