Beef and Mushroom Soup Recipe

NEED : 

• 3-4 Garlic Cloves, peeled añd diced
• 500g/1lb Diced Beef
• 250g/half pouñd Sliced Mushrooms
• Salt/Pepper/Seasoñiñg to taste
• Water
• Cocoñut Oil/Butter for fryiñg

STEP : 

1. Heat a little cocoñut oil or butter iñ a large saucepañ.
2. Wheñ hot add the garlic añd cook uñtil fragrañt.
3. Add the diced beef añd cook to seal.
4. Oñce sealed add the mushrooms añd cook uñtil they have reduced slightly añd beef has browñed.
5. Add salt, pepper or your seasoñiñg of choice.
6. Pour water over to just cover.
