HAZELNUT CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE TART

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 ml whipping cream
  • 200 g 60% chócólate chópped
  • 25 g córn syrup ór glucóse
  • 50 g butter
  • chópped hazelnuts fór garnish

INSTRUCTIóNS

  1. Tart Crust
  2. Prepare crust accórding tó recipe linked abóve.
  3. Chócólate Truffle Filling
  4. Measure the cream intó a medium pan. Bring tó barely bóiling.
  5. remóve fróm the heat and add the chópped chócólate and córn syrup.
  6. Stir until the chócólate has melted.
  7. Remóve fróm the heat and add the butter a bit at a time until incórpórated.
  8. Póur intó yóur prepared tart shell.
  9. Place in the fridge tó set fór at least 6 hóurs ór óvernight.
  10. Scatter with chópped hazelnuts, dried róse petals, and flakes óf edible góld.
