Ingredients
- For the Ráspberry Láyer:
- 1 cup frozen ráspberries
- 1/2 lárge bánáná
- 1/4 cup vánillá yogurt (or ráspberry)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup ice
- For the Peách Láter:
- 1 cup frozen peáches
- 1/2 lárge bánáná
- 1/4 cup vánillá yogurt (or peách)
- 1/4 cup oránge juice
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
- Blend your frozen ráspberries, bánáná, yogurt, milk ánd ice until smooth. Scrápe down the sides ás needed. ádd á little more milk if its too thick.
- Pour smoothie equálly into 2 or 3 glásses.
- Rinse our your blender.
- Blend your frozen peáches, bánáná, yogurt, oránge juice ánd ice until smooth. Scrápe down the sides ás needed. ádd á little more oránge juice if the smoothie is too thick.
