Chicken marinated in Dijón Mustard tópped with sauteed mushróóms and crispy bacón then cómpletely cóvered in a blend óf cheddar and móntery jack cheese
Ingredients
- 1 bóneless skinless Chicken Breast
- 2 tbs Dijón Mustard
- 4 slices Bacón
- 3 Mushróóms
- 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup Mónterey Jack Cheese

Prep
- In a bówl cóat chicken in Dijón Mustard set aside ór put in fridge óver night
Cóóking
- Add bacón tó a cóld cast irón pan ór skillet turn stóve tó medium heat cóók until crispy
- Remóve bacón and set aside tó cóól
- In same skillet with the bacón grease add the chópped mushróóms and saute until brówned and tender
- Remóve mushróóms and set aside
- Place marinated chicken in hót skillet fór 5 minutes flip and cóók 3 móre mins
