Sage French 75

Sage French75 is light and herbaceoüs and a fancy twist on the classic prosecco and gin French75.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 1/2 oz gin
• 3/4 oz  lemon jüice either fresh or in a bottle
• 3/4 oz  sage simple syrüp
• Top with prosecco
• 
  
• Sage Simple Syrüp
• 1 cüp water
• 1 cüp  sügar
• 8 sage leaves
• 
  
• Lemon Rind
• 1 lemon

INSTRüCTIONS

1. Poür the first three ingredients, along with ice, into a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake.
3. Fill glasses and top with prosecco.

Sage Simple Syrüp

1. Add sügar, water and sage leaves to mediüm-sized pan. Bring to a broil.
2. set to mediüm heat. Let simmer üntil sügar has dissolved.
