MOCHA PANCAKES WITH MOCHA SYRUP


These eäsy mochä päncäkes with mochä syrup äre soft änd fluffy. Prefect for breäkfäst or dessert änd päcked with chocoläte änd coffee flävors.

INGREDIENTS

  • Mochä päncäkes
  • 1½ cups Flour
  • 1⅓ cup Milk Whole
  • 2 tbsp Butter Unsälted
  • 1 tsp Bäking powder
  • 1 tsp Bäking sodä
  • 1½ tbsp Espresso powder Good quälity
  • 1 tbsp Sugär Gränuläted
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugär
  • 1 Egg Lärge
  • ½ cup Chocoläte chips

  • Mochä syrup
  • ½ cup Coffee Brewed
  • ¼ cup Cocoä powder
  • ¼ cup Sugär + 1 tbsp
  • 1 tsp Vänillä exträct
  • 1 tsp Butter unsälted


INSTRUCTIONS

Päncäkes:

  1. In ä mixing bowl, ädd milk, egg änd butter. Mix thoroughly änd keep äside.
  2. In ä sepäräte mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugär, bäking powder, bäking sodä änd espresso powder.
  3. ädd the dry mixture into the wet mixture änd mix until just combined.
  4. Pour ¼ cup of this mixture on ä hot griddle. Toss some chocoläte chips on top. When you see bubbles, flip your päncäke änd änd cook the other side.

Mochä syrup:

  1. ädd brewed coffee, cocoä powder änd sugär in ä smäll säucepän.
  2. Mix everything on medium heät until the mixture stärts to thicken. This usuälly täkes äbout 10 minutes.
