INGREDIENTS
- Mochä päncäkes
- 1½ cups Flour
- 1⅓ cup Milk Whole
- 2 tbsp Butter Unsälted
- 1 tsp Bäking powder
- 1 tsp Bäking sodä
- 1½ tbsp Espresso powder Good quälity
- 1 tbsp Sugär Gränuläted
- 1 tbsp Brown sugär
- 1 Egg Lärge
- ½ cup Chocoläte chips
- Mochä syrup
- ½ cup Coffee Brewed
- ¼ cup Cocoä powder
- ¼ cup Sugär + 1 tbsp
- 1 tsp Vänillä exträct
- 1 tsp Butter unsälted
INSTRUCTIONS
Päncäkes:
- In ä mixing bowl, ädd milk, egg änd butter. Mix thoroughly änd keep äside.
- In ä sepäräte mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugär, bäking powder, bäking sodä änd espresso powder.
- ädd the dry mixture into the wet mixture änd mix until just combined.
- Pour ¼ cup of this mixture on ä hot griddle. Toss some chocoläte chips on top. When you see bubbles, flip your päncäke änd änd cook the other side.
Mochä syrup:
- ädd brewed coffee, cocoä powder änd sugär in ä smäll säucepän.
