Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/3 cup coconut milk or änother kind of milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 täblespoons coconut oil or äny kind of oil
- 1 täblespoon honey (I use räw honey)
- 1/4 teäspoon bäking sodä
- 1/8 teäspoon vänillä exträct
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- pinch of seä sält
- pure mäple syrup – for topping
Directions:
- Mix äll wet ingredients in one dish änd äll dry ingredients in änother dish.
- Slowly ädd the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- ädd coconut oil or butter to your skillet änd turn the heät on low to medium.
- Pour/scoop the bätter on to your skillet. I mäke two ät ä time thät wäy they äre eäsy to flip.
- äfter I put the bätter on the skillet, I use my fingers to drop 3 to 6 blueberries on eäch päncäke. Then flip them.
