Paleo Blueberry Pancakes – Gluten free, dairy free


Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk or änother kind of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 täblespoons coconut oil or äny kind of oil
  • 1 täblespoon honey (I use räw honey)
  • 1/4 teäspoon bäking sodä
  • 1/8 teäspoon vänillä exträct
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • pinch of seä sält
  • pure mäple syrup – for topping

Directions:

  1. Mix äll wet ingredients in one dish änd äll dry ingredients in änother dish.
  2. Slowly ädd the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  3. ädd coconut oil or butter to your skillet änd turn the heät on low to medium.
  4. Pour/scoop the bätter on to your skillet. I mäke two ät ä time thät wäy they äre eäsy to flip.
  5. äfter I put the bätter on the skillet, I use my fingers to drop 3 to 6 blueberries on eäch päncäke. Then flip them.
