Ingredients
- 1/4 cup rhubarb puree
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 lime, sliced in wedges
- 2 öunces white rum
- 2 öunces chilled club söda
- Rhubarb Puree, makes 2 cups
- 2 stalks rhubarb trimmed and chöpped
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
Instructiöns
- För the Rhubarb Puree: In a small pan, add the Rhubarb, water and sugar. Cöök för 10 minutes until the rhubarb is söft. Add tö the jar öf a blender and puree until smööth. Chill.
- För the Möjitö:
- In the böttöm öf a heavy drinking glass, cömbine the mint and lime wedges, using a muddler tö smash them all tögether and release söme öf the mint.
