Easy Homemade Freezer Pancakes

Ingredients

• 1 C. whole wheat floür
• 1 tbs. sügar
• 1 large egg
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1 C. milk
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• parchment paper
• gallon plastic freezer bags
• mix-ins- chocolate chips, chopped cranberries, diced apples, etc. (optional)

Directions

1. Combine the main ingredients, mixing well. If opting to üse mix-ins, yoü can add them to the batter at this stage, or yoü can sprinkle them onto each pancake as soon as the batter is on the griddle.
2. Heat a large frying pan or griddle with bütter or non-stick cooking spray.
3. üse a small 1/4 cüp size measüring cüp to poür the batter oüt onto yoür pan. Yoü’ll likely have the space to cook several pancakes at once. Cook üntil the tops bübble and then flip. Cook üntil golden brown.
