  • 1/3 cup unswééténéd vanilla almond milk, or milk of choicé
  • 1 cup strawbérry chunks
  • 1 cup cantaloupé chunks
  • 1 orangé
  • 2 tabléspoons raw honéy
  • handful of icé cubés
