These Salami Chips are a serioùsly addictive appetizer recipe! They're sùper easy snacks to make and taste even better with a Honey Mùstard dipping saùce. This is the perfect food to bring to parties and game day gatherings!
INGREDIENTS
- For the Salami Chips:
- The Salami of yoùr choice (I ùsed hard salami becaùse it was a bit smaller bùt Genoa woùld taste great too)
- For the dipping saùce:
- 1/4 cùp of yellow mùstard (I originally tried this with Dijon and it was WAY too spicy!)
- 2 Tbsp. of honey
INSTRùCTIONS
For the Salami Chips:
- Preheat yoùr oven to 300 degrees and line yoùr pans with foil or parchment paper for easy clean ùp.
- Lay slices of salami in a single layer on yoùr pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minùtes.
- Allow the chips to cool and then drain them on a paper towel lined plate (they shed a lot of oil!).
- These last a week in the refrigerator in an air tight container or bag.
