  • 1/2 cup unswëëtënëd plain almond milk (or 1⁄2 cup cannëd full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup icë cubës
  • 1/2 cup chërriës frësh or frozën
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach lëavës optional
  • 2 tëaspoons stëvia optional
  • 1/4 tëaspoon almond ëxtract optional
