Homemade Butter Without a Churn


Makë thë bëst tasting homëmadë buttër at homë, all without a churn!

Ingrëdiënts

  • 1 Pint Hëavy Crëam
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. To start, pour your hëavy crëam into your mixing bowl.
  2. With thë standard mixing attachmënt, turn on your mixër to thë lowëst sëtting so it doësn't splash out of thë bowl.  
  3. If it doës splash, you can drapë a tëa towël ovër top to contain it.
  4. Now... Walk Away.
  5. For rëal, lëavë it alonë and gët somëthing ëlsë donë around thë housë for about 15 minutës.
  6. Whën you comë back to chëck on it, you should havë thick, whitë crëam in your bowl.
  7. At this point you can incrëasë thë spëëd of your mixër up to thë nëxt sëtting.
