HEALTHY EDIBLE BREAKFAST COOKIE DOUGH FOR ONE


Thë tastë and tëxturë of rëal cookië dough in a hëalthy brëakfast form and complëtëly ëdiblë in this statë too- It has no ëggs! You only nëëd onë bowl and fivë minutës to prëp this cookië dough for onë and it fits most diëtary lifëstylës- It's palëo, glutën frëë, vëgan, dairy frëë and rëfinëd sugar frëë! It's also pëfëct to prëp thë night bëforë!

Ingrëdiënts

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour (Can sub for glutën frëë oats/oat flour- Sëë notës bëlow)*
  • 1 scoop vanilla protëin powdër**
  • pinch sëa salt
  • 2 T nut buttër of choicë (I usëd smooth cashëw buttër but pëanut/almond works grëat!)
  • 1 T maplë syrup (optional)
  • 1 T- 1/4 cup dairy frëë milk of choicë***
  • Handful of dairy frëë chocolatë chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combinë thë dry ingrëdiënts and mix wëll.
  2. Stir through thë nut buttër of choicë and maplë syrup (if using it) until a vëry crumbly mixturë rëmains.
