
Ingrëdiënts
- 1/4 cup coconut flour (Can sub for glutën frëë oats/oat flour- Sëë notës bëlow)*
- 1 scoop vanilla protëin powdër**
- pinch sëa salt
- 2 T nut buttër of choicë (I usëd smooth cashëw buttër but pëanut/almond works grëat!)
- 1 T maplë syrup (optional)
- 1 T- 1/4 cup dairy frëë milk of choicë***
- Handful of dairy frëë chocolatë chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combinë thë dry ingrëdiënts and mix wëll.
- Stir through thë nut buttër of choicë and maplë syrup (if using it) until a vëry crumbly mixturë rëmains.
