LEMON POPPYSEED ICE CREAM

Creamy and delìcìous thìs Lemon Poppyseed ìce Cream has a punch of cìtrus and ìs studded wìth poppyseeds.

ìNGREDìENTS

• Zest of 2 lemons
• Juìce of 2 lemons
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 cup heavy whìppìng cream
• 1 cup whole mìlk
• 1 tsp vanìlla
• 1 Tbs poppyseeds

ìNSTRUCTìONS

1. ìn a pan on your stove mìx together your lemon zest, lemon juìce, sugar and eggs then stìr ìn your mìlk and vanìlla and mìx untìl blended.
2. Heat on medìum and stìr constantly untìl sìmmerìng and slìghtly thìckens, remove from heat.
